Gift Certificate - Terms and ConditionsGolden Spoon Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates. The validation date guarantees the value of the Gift Certificate. PurchaseGift Certificates can only be purchased with a valid credit card; they cannot be purchased with any other form of payment or combined with other gift certificates, discounts or promotional offers. Gift certificates with specified amount reflect U.S. dollars and is not for resale. RedemptionGift Certificates CANNOT be redeemed for cash and are for Golden Spoon Spa services only. Gift Certificates cannot be duplicated. Gift Certificates may be transferred or forwarded. Appointments/SchedulingTo ensure the highest possible quality, all services are by appointment only. For all services we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to allow preparation time for your service and to ensure that your service begins at the scheduled time. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable, however depending upon the circumstances we may be forced to shorten your service. We try our best to accommodate all of our guests. We may call you 24 hours prior to your appointment to confirm the exact times and services. Cancellation/No Show PolicyTreatments you select have been reserved especially for you. Should a change of schedule occur, please notify us 24 hours before any single service and 48 hours before any weekend, multiple and package services or you may incur a 50% charge for the service. Gift CertificateGolden Spoon Spa gift certificates and spa packages are an ideal year-around gift for any occasion. Certificates can be purchased by phone, online or in person; they cannot be combined with other gift certificates, discounts or promotional offers. Our gift certificates are transferable and nonrefundable and may be redeemed for other services from Golden Spoon Spa. Gift certificates as part of a promotional sale are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and have no cash value. An additional $25 service fee applies to extend a gift certificate. There is no substitution of treatments with promotional packages.The validation date guarantees the value of the Gift Certificate. You must bring the certificate with you to receive the treatments. If you arrive without your gift certificate you must pay for your treatments and you will be reimbursed once we receive it. Return to top.

GratuitiesGratuities are not included in the price of any service or spa package. A customary gratuity is considered an average of 20% of the service price, gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk when you check out.
